Got a cup and there was a big chip in it, contacted Swig and they immediately sent me a replacement!! Love these cups!!

I have been buying Swig products for last 6-8 mos. I have at least 8 40 oz. cups and smaller for coffee. the product is excellent. Love the push in tops, the silicone bottoms, and most of all the various colors and designs. Still have ice in cup after 24 hours. Very durable. The company is very proactive in getting out new designs and having sales from time to time. I bought 3, their last sale. I rotate every 3-4 days. Dish washer safe is wonderful. Great for long road trips. Would recommend this product to anyone. My sister is buying them now.
